Returns

At ITSBOUJIE, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:

• Returns and exchanges will be gladly accepted at ITSBOUJIE within 30 days of receipt.
• All merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and in sellable condition with original tags and original product packaging.
• Altered, special order, perishable, personalized and “final sale” items cannot be returned.
• Price adjustments may be made within 10 days of the purchase date for regular price merchandise.
• ITSBOUJIE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.

Returning By Mail

Contact us using the order number. A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each mailed return.

If you don’t have an order number, please call 240-678-9846 for assistance.

Ship eligible store purchases prepaid and insured to the store in which it was purchased and include a copy of the receipt so your credit can be easily processed.
